I do not always get a voice phone call from OneNotify.
We do not always invoke a voice phone call for every notification instance due to the cost. For urgent events we will normally do a voice call, text message, and e-mail. Some events changes/cancellations warrant only a text and e-mail message. You can always check our website, JSTV (Ch.23) or other local media outlets for information.

I created a OneNotify account but have not been received any notifications.
You need to log back into OneNotify and verify that you have subscribed to notification lists.

E-Mail messages sent by OneNotify are getting caught as spam. What address should I whitelist or allow as a safe sender?
You should add the domain hostname onenotify.com as a safe sender if e-mail messages from this service are being caught as spam.

How do I change my OneNotify password?
Login to your account. To change your password, Click the Main Menu link on the navigation bar, and then click the Change Password icon in the center of the page.

How do I subscribe to a list?
Login to your account. From the main navigation bar, click Find Lists. Select a list group to narrow your search. Check the boxes next to lists you would like to subscribe to. Subscriptions are effective immediately unless the list is marked Private. A subscription to a private list must be approved by the list manager before you can receive messages.

How do I unsubscribe from a list?
Login to your account. Click Your Lists in the menu bar. Uncheck lists you no longer wish to be part of. Click Continue.

What are devices?
A device could be your computer, your cellphone, a pager or a telephone. OneNotify can send messages to all these devices.

How do I delete my cell phone text messaging device?
Login to your account. Look at the Status Panel on the left of the screen. Click on the Edit link on the text messaging object you wish to delete. On the next page, choose Delete. Changes made here are effective immediately and the removed address will no longer receive OneNotify messages.
